SnusLaos sells tobacco-based snus products for delivery within Laos. All products are intended for adult use only (18+ years of age). By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products in Laos.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may vary slightly from descriptions.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices are listed in Lao Kip (LAK) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before order processing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and local Lao payment methods.
4. Delivery
We deliver to all provinces within Laos. Delivery times vary by location:
- Vientiane: 1-2 business days
- Major cities (Luang Prabang, Pakse, Savannakhet): 2-4 business days
- Other provinces: 3-5 business days
Free delivery is offered on orders over 1000.000 KIP. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. SnusLaos is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Age Verification
Our products are restricted to adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request identification upon delivery to verify age.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of tobacco products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
